Preparation Instructions
The sample is taken 2 hours after a normal meal; note the time you finished eating.
Sample Collection
A blood sample is drawn from a vein in your arm into a grey-top (fluoride) tube. Sample requirement: 2 ml of Fluoride Plasma and urine.

Results are usually ready on the same day the sample reaches the lab. You will be notified when your report is released, and you can download it from your patient portal.
