Preparation Instructions
Fast for 10-12 hours before your sample is taken (water is allowed).
Sample Collection
A blood sample is drawn from a vein in your arm into a grey-top (fluoride) tube. Sample requirement: 2 ml of Fluoride Plasma and urine.
About Your Results
Results are usually ready on the same day the sample reaches the lab. You will be notified when your report is released, and you can download it from your patient portal.
